Allison Close Sleem

Allison Close Sleem is an experienced pharmacist currently working at Minnesota Community Care since April 2020. Prior to this role, Allison served as Pharmacist in Charge at HealthPartners from April 2012 to April 2020 and held a position as a pharmacist at Target Pharmacy from July 2010 to April 2012. Earlier experience includes an ambulatory care residency at Goodrich Pharmacy from June 2009 to June 2010. Allison Close Sleem earned a Doctor of Pharmacy degree from the University of Minnesota College of Pharmacy, completing the program from 2005 to 2009.
