Becky Hierlinger

Becky Hierlinger has a strong background in Human Resources, with their most recent position being as a Human Resources Specialist at the Minnesota Department of Agriculture since August 2021. Prior to that, they worked at the Minnesota Department of Health, where they held roles as a Human Resources Consultant from November 2017 to August 2021, and as a Human Resources Specialist from June 2015 to October 2017. Before joining the Department of Health, Becky worked at the City of Eugene, where they held positions as a Human Resources Generalist from March 2012 to April 2015, and as a Senior Employee and Labor Relations Program Coordinator from May 2010 to February 2012. Their earlier experience includes working as a Human Resources and Training Specialist at the University of Minnesota from January 2005 to May 2010.

Becky Hierlinger obtained their Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Development from the University of Minnesota in 2005. Becky later went on to earn their Master's degree in Human Resources and Student Development, also from the University of Minnesota, in 2010. In addition, Becky obtained a certification as a Human Resources Generalist from SHRM in May 2009.
