Kristen K. Clark, DVM, MPH, DACVPM, CCRT, currently serves as the Director of the Minnesota One Health Antibiotic Stewardship Collaborative at the Minnesota Department of Health. As a dedicated public health professional and small business owner of Lunchsox, Kristen focuses on fighting hunger through the sale of natural fiber socks while also founding Happy Bottom Homestead, LLC, a small farm specializing in sustainably-produced honey, eggs, and natural fibers. Prior experience includes roles such as University Public Health Coordinator at Iowa State University, where Kristen developed strategic public health plans and coordinated the campus-wide COVID-19 response, and Associate Director at the National Institute of Antimicrobial Resistance Research and Education, overseeing operational management and stakeholder engagement.
