Khamsai Yang

Khamsai Yang is an experienced civil engineer with a Bachelor's Degree from the University of Minnesota, obtained in 2009. Currently, Khamsai serves as the State Design Standards Engineer at the Minnesota Department of Transportation, a role held since November 2020, after progressing from the Assistant State Design Standards Engineer. Prior experience includes serving as a Project Manager at Ramsey County and at the Minnesota Department of Transportation, where Khamsai held various positions including Design Engineer and Program Delivery Grad Engineer. Work history also features a role as a Technology Consultant at Stanley Productions International from 2007 to 2011.
