Marsha Anderson

Marsha Anderson, MPNA, currently serves as a Grants Specialist Coordinator with the Minnesota Department of Transportation. Previously, Marsha held the position of Project Coordinator with the City of Minneapolis, overseeing federal grants exceeding $7 million and coordinating partner activities to achieve project goals. Marsha has extensive experience in grant management, having worked in multiple roles at various organizations, including as a Volunteer and Development Manager at Rakhma, Inc., and a Development Associate at Greater Twin Cities United Way. Educational qualifications include a Master’s degree in Public and Nonprofit Administration from Metro State University, a Fundraising Certificate from the University of St. Thomas, and a Bachelor of Science in Natural Resources from the University of Minnesota.
