Norm Plasch

Norm Plasch is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in project management and training within the public sector. Currently serving as the Project Management Organization (PMO) Liaison at the Minnesota Department of Transportation since April 2017, Norm ensures the effective application of PMO methods and strategies across various project management activities. Previous roles include Technical Training Manager for the State of Minnesota and Senior Training and Development Specialist at the Minnesota Department of Transportation. Earlier experience includes serving as a Training Consultant for the City of St. Paul. Norm holds a degree in Training and Development from the University of Minnesota and a Bachelor's degree in Secondary Education with a focus on History and Social Studies from Bethel University. Additional studies were completed at Concordia College and Richfield High School.
