Lariza Carlson

Lariza Carlson currently serves as the Statewide Internal Audit Director for the State of Minnesota, a position held since December 2024. Prior to this role, Lariza held various positions in internal audit and compliance, including Internal Audit Manager and Internal Audit Lead at UCare, Compliance Manager at Accra, and Compliance Manager at Fulcrum Health, Inc. Experience also includes significant roles at Fairview Health Services, Blue Cross Blue Shield of Minnesota, RSM McGladrey, and Allina Health. Lariza holds a Bachelor of Arts and Bachelor of Science in Psychology and Neuroscience from The University of Texas at Austin, completed in 1995.
