Theresa Heroff has extensive work experience in the field of network administration. Theresa started their career in 1999 at EMCP Corporation, where they worked as a Network Administrator until 2006. During this time, they focused on engineering, configuring, and optimizing systems for maximum functionality and availability. Theresa also implemented best practices in system log analysis, security, user account management, and business-continuity planning.

In 2006, Theresa joined the Minnesota Historical Society as a Network Administrator. Theresa has been with the company since then, and recently took on the role of a Google Services Administrator. Theresa has demonstrated strong interpersonal skills and has effectively liaised with team members to anticipate technical limitations and ensure smooth system deployments. Theresa has also worked on Brocade switches for SANs' access in the fabric, monitoring software for SANs, and a VMWare virtual environment.

Theresa Heroff has a diverse education history. Theresa completed their General studies and obtained a Graduation Diploma from Archbishop Brady High School. Theresa then pursued Technology Studies and earned Technical Certifications from both St. Paul College and Century College. Additionally, Theresa has obtained several certifications from various institutions, including Coursera Course Certificates and ManageEngine. These certifications cover a range of topics such as Managing G Suite, Google Cloud Platform Fundamentals, G Suite Administrator Fundamentals, and a Certified Product Associate LOG 360. Theresa has also completed courses in G Suite Administration, G Suite Mail Management, G Suite Security, and Introduction to G Suite.
