Kristine Lancaster

Kristine Lancaster is an experienced Human Resources professional with a career spanning over two decades and a strong background in managing HR functions across various organizations. Currently serving as Human Resources Manager for the Minnesota Judicial Branch since August 2013, Kristine oversees HR operations for the Tenth Judicial District, addressing recruitment, performance management, and employment law issues. Prior experience includes roles as Assistant Human Resources Manager at the Minnesota Department of Human Services, where Kristine provided consultation on employee relations and managed investigations, and as Education Benefits Manager and Training and Operations Manager for the Minnesota Army National Guard, where responsibilities included administering benefit programs and coordinating training initiatives. Kristine holds a Master of Arts in Leadership and Management from Concordia University-St. Paul and a Bachelor of Science in Human Resource Management from Metro State University.
