Jenifer Lips

Jenifer Lips, MBA, possesses extensive experience in human resources and personnel management within military and corporate environments. Currently serving as Unit Training Manager and Personnelist at the Minnesota Air National Guard since June 2012, Jenifer advises military personnel on various issues and conducts evaluations of individual qualifications. Previously held the position of Human Resources Manager, overseeing medical and administrative programs for 170 personnel. Jenifer’s background includes roles at Xcel Energy as Senior Administrative Assistant, and as Executive Administrative Assistant at APi Group, Inc., where responsibilities involved supporting upper management and managing critical documentation. Jenifer’s earlier experience includes HR Selection and Hiring Supervisor and Mobilization NCO with the Minnesota Army National Guard, along with a foundational role as Survey Team Member with the 4th Civil Support Team. Academically, Jenifer holds an MBA focused on Marketing from Walden University and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Capella University.
