Erik Finley

Erik Finley currently serves as the Vice President of Artistic Planning at the Minnesota Orchestra since January 2023. Prior to this role, Erik held the position of Vice President & General Manager at the St. Louis Symphony Orchestra from February 2017 to January 2023, and also worked as a consultant for various organizations, including the Fort Worth Symphony Orchestra and The Florida Orchestra. Erik's experience in artistic administration includes serving as the Vice President of Artistic Administration at the Fort Worth Symphony Orchestra and as Artistic Planning Manager & Assistant to the Music Director at the Baltimore Symphony Orchestra. Educationally, Erik is pursuing a Master of Business Administration at the Indiana University - Kelley School of Business and holds a Bachelor of Music from Boston University, along with studies at Rice University, the Royal College of Music, and the Interlochen Arts Academy.
