Carrie Andersen

Carrie Andersen, AHWD, RCE, has an extensive career at Minnesota Realtors® spanning from 1994 to the present, currently serving as Chief Member Engagement Officer. In this role, Carrie oversees the Member Services division, leading a team responsible for continuing education and event management. Prior positions include Senior Vice President of Member Services, Vice President of Member Services, and Director of Education, where Carrie successfully developed educational programs and secured necessary credits for professional development. Earlier experience as Communications Manager involved editing professional publications and managing member communications. Carrie holds an MBA with a focus on Non-Profit Organizations from the University of St. Thomas and a BA in English/Communications from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
