Donnie Brown

Donnie Brown serves as the Diversity and Sustainability Director at Minnesota Realtors® since June 2023. As the Owner and Managing Principal of IMPACTFUL PARTNERS, LLC since September 2021, Donnie focuses on enhancing organizational compliance, grant development, and community project planning. Previous experience includes roles as Foundation Director at Housing First Minnesota Foundation (August 2018 - August 2021), VP of Community Affairs and Foundation at the Minneapolis Area Association of REALTORS (August 2003 - April 2018), and Program Coordinator at African American Family Services (March 2000 - August 2003). Earlier positions include involvement with the Minneapolis Regional Chamber of Commerce, University of Minnesota, and St. Paul Public Housing Agency. Donnie holds a Fundraising Certification Series from the University of St. Thomas and has attended Metro State University after graduating from West Jefferson High School.
