Josh McFall

Josh McFall, CAE, RCE, is an experienced executive in the real estate sector, currently serving as the Chief Executive Officer of Minnesota Realtors® since March 2023. Previously, Josh held the same position at Huntsville Area Association of REALTORS® from November 2015 to February 2023. With a strong academic background in communication, including an M.A. from Auburn University and a B.S. from the University of North Alabama, Josh has contributed to education as an Adjunct Professor at Auburn University Montgomery. Important roles also include Vice President of Strategic Development and Director of Education & Digital Media at Alabama REALTORS®, where strategic initiatives and member support were key focuses. Earlier professional experiences include directing youth leadership programs and facilitating leadership training for students through various organizations.
