Casey Muhm

Casey Muhm is an experienced fiscal analyst with a strong background in public policy and administration, currently serving at the Minnesota Senate since 2015. Prior to this role, Casey was the Director of Analytics at the Greater Dubuque Development Corporation from 2013 to 2014 and worked as an Analyst for the Economic Development Administration between 2011 and 2013. Academic qualifications include a Master’s in Public Policy and Administration and a Bachelor’s in Economics and Political Science from Iowa State University, along with PhD coursework in Public Administration at Syracuse University - Maxwell School.
