Darren Hoff

Darren Hoff is an experienced Human Resources professional with a robust background spanning over two decades. Currently serving as the Human Resources Director for the Minnesota Senate since December 2023, Darren has previously held similar director-level positions at Dedicated Networks, Inc., and the State of Minnesota, where responsibilities included overseeing HR functions across various departments. Prior experience includes serving as HR Director/Chief of Staff at the University of Minnesota College of Pharmacy and Chief Human Resources Officer at Anoka-Ramsey Community College, managing comprehensive HR strategies and workforce planning. An early career role as Assistant Director of Human Resources at Hennepin Technical College involved talent acquisition and departmental representation. Darren holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and a Master's in Business Administration from the University of St. Thomas, along with a Senior Certified Professional designation from the Society of Human Resource Management.
