Wade Davis

Wade Davis serves as an Associate Professor of Business Law at Minnesota State University, Mankato since August 2016. In addition to academic duties, Wade Davis is the owner and attorney at Davis Legal Consulting, LLC, a position held since 2018. Previously, Wade Davis practiced law at Stinson LLP from 2006 to 2018, focusing on business litigation and employment litigation, and worked at Fredrikson & Byron from 2003 to 2006 in similar legal areas. Wade Davis holds a Juris Doctor from the University of Iowa College of Law, a Master of Arts from Arizona State University, and a Bachelor of Arts from California State University-Sacramento.
