Zachary Roland

Zachary Roland is an experienced professional in ticket operations and customer service, currently serving as the Ticket Operations Coordinator for Minnesota United FC since April 2021. In this role, Zachary oversees day-to-day operations, including building promotional codes and managing inventory, while also training and supervising staff during home games. Prior to this, significant experience was gained as a Ticket Operations Specialist for Minnesota Timberwolves & Lynx and in ticket office operations for Minnesota Twins. Additional experience includes roles with the Detroit Lions, University of Michigan Equipment Assistant for the football team, and internships in premium sales and recruiting within the University of Michigan Athletic Department. Zachary holds a B.A. in Sport Management from the University of Michigan.
