Jason Demoe

Jason DeMoe currently serves as the District 5M-6 Newsletter Editor for Lions, a position held since July 2023, where responsibilities include monthly newsletter creation. Previously, Jason has worked as a Customer Service Specialist for Minnesota Valley Transit Authority since March 2021; a Transportation Clerk for Sysco Asian Foods from October 2018 to March 2021; and a Crew Lead at Emagine Entertainment from October 2017 to March 2020, managing employees and overseeing theatre operations. Jason's journalism career includes roles as Community Editor for Adams Publishing Group LLC from September 2014 to April 2018, and as a Staff Writer for Osceola Sun Newspaper -- Press Publications between August 2010 and September 2014, focusing on various community topics through writing and photography. Education includes attendance at Brown College from 2009 to 2010 and a high school diploma from Colfax High School, obtained in 1999.
