Geoff Hall

Geoff Hall has a extensive background in the field of zoos and animal care. Geoff most recently served as the Chief Animal Care, Health, Conservation, and Behavior Officer at the Minnesota Zoo starting in March 2023. Prior to that, they were the General Curator at Como Park Zoo & Conservatory from March 2022 to March 2023. From 2013 to 2022, they held the position of President at Wayside Waifs. Before that, they served as the Assistant Director/Chief Operating Officer at the Kansas City Zoo from June 2012 to October 2013. Geoff also has experience as a General Curator at the Cleveland Metroparks Zoo from May 2007 to June 2012 and as an Executive Vice President/General Curator at the Phoenix Zoo from October 2003 to April 2007. Geoff served as the Executive Director at the Red River Zoological Society/Red River Zoo from April 1997 to October 2003. Geoff began their career as a Herpetologist at the National Aquarium, where they worked from 1993 to 1997.

Geoff Hall attended Concordia College from 1988 to 1992, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Biology.
