Design Verification Engineer II at Minnetronix

Nick Anderson began their work experience in 2017 as a Referee for Flag Star Football, where they were responsible for managing and teaching fundamental football skills to youth teams. From 2018 to 2020, they worked as a Busser at Empire Burgers + Brew, maintaining the efficiency and quality of the restaurant and ensuring customer satisfaction. In 2020, they interned as a Test Engineering/Final Inspection Intern at Minnetronix, where they conducted tests and reviews on medical devices. Nick also gained familiarity with industry protocols such as materials inspection and quality control. In 2020, Nick served as an Undergraduate Research Assistant at the Translational NeuroEngineering Laboratory at the University of Minnesota. Nick is currently employed at Minnetronix, Inc. as a Design Verification Engineer, where they collaborate with software and customer teams on regression testing efforts and generates reports related to verification protocols.

Nick Anderson completed their high school education at Naperville Central High School from 2015 to 2018, earning a High School Diploma. Nick then pursued a Bachelor of Science in Biomedical Engineering at the University of Minnesota from 2018 to 2022. Throughout their education, Nick also obtained several additional certifications. In December 2021, they became a Certified SolidWorks Associate - Mechanical Design through Dassault Systèmes. In April 2020, they acquired the certification in Good Clinical Practice and Human Research Protections for Biomedical Study Teams from CITI Program, A Division of BRANY. Additionally, in January 2020, they obtained a HIPAA Training Certification from the University of Minnesota.
