Slava Gekht

Slava Gekht has extensive work experience in program and project management, with a focus on customer interaction and expectation management. From 2020 onwards, they have been serving as a Senior Program Manager at Minnetronix, Inc., where they lead and develops estimates, proposals, and addendums for new business opportunities and existing customers. Slava also maintains program plans and communicates program status to customers and internal teams.

Prior to that, from 2005 to 2020, Slava worked at Digi International, where they held various roles including Manager of PMO, Project Manager, and Principal Hardware Engineer. In these positions, they managed budgets, led project development from concept to implementation, and collaborated with different business units to ensure project goals were achieved. Slava also provided technical and project leadership, designed and executed projects, and worked towards achieving team goals.

Before joining Digi International, Slava Gekht worked as a Hardware Engineer at Ciprico from 1998 to 2005.

Slava Gekht pursued a Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering at the University of Minnesota from 1995 to 1998.
