Steven Baumeister has a diverse work experience in the engineering field, spanning several companies. Steven most recently worked at Minnetronix, Inc. as a Senior Process Development Engineer, starting in June 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Heraeus Medical Components as a Manufacturing Engineer III from March 2020 to June 2022, where they leveraged their 10 years of experience in the medical device industry to launch and maintain leading products. Steven also implemented new ideas in the development space and ensured efficient workspace design and availability of necessary tools and materials.
Before their role at Heraeus, Steven worked at Cirtec Medical as a Manufacturing Engineer from September 2018 to March 2020. Prior to that, they held multiple roles at St. Jude Medical, including Manufacturing Engineer II from July 2015 to September 2018, Process Development Engineer from May 2013 to July 2015, and Validation Engineer (Contract) from January 2013 to April 2013.
Steven also gained experience at Boston Scientific as an Engineer I, Supplier Quality (Contract) from April 2012 to January 2013. Steven began their career as a Quality Intern at St. Jude Medical from June 2011 to December 2011, where they played a key role in the development of a new test method and collaborated with colleagues to develop test fixtures. Prior to that, they gained practical experience as a Mechanical Engineer Intern at SaberPack, Inc. from May 2010 to August 2010, where they proposed improvements to the manufacturing line, analyzed and improved the maintenance system, and overhauled product quality records.
Steven Baumeister attended the University of Minnesota from 2007 to 2011, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Mechanical Engineering.
