Laddawan Assawapromtada

Laddawan Assawapromtada is an experienced R&D Manager currently leading the new product development process at Minor Food for Bonchon since November 2021. Previously, Laddawan held the same title at Central Restaurants Group Co., Ltd., overseeing multiple brands such as Katsuya and Pepper Lunch from December 2017 to October 2021. Laddawan's career at Yum! Brands spanned from August 2008 to October 2017, progressing from a QA Senior Officer to roles including Product Manager for savory snacks and beverages at KFC, as well as ice cream and beverages, and R&D Executive for Pizza Hut. Earlier experience includes quality control at Bangkok Ranch (Public) Co., Ltd. Laddawan earned an M.Sc. in Food and Nutrition for Development from Mahidol University and a Bachelor of Science in Food Science and Technology from Maejo University.
