Rita Germino

Rita Germino is a highly experienced sales professional in the hospitality industry, currently serving as the Director of Sales for Resorts at Minor Hotels since September 2024. Prior roles include Head of Sales for MGM Muthu Hotels, overseeing six hotels in Albufeira, Algarve, and various director positions at SANA Hotels, including SANA Malhoa Hotel and SANA Lisboa Hotel. Rita's extensive background also includes leadership roles at AccorHotels, specifically focusing on upscale and luxury brands in South America, and at Sofitel in both Rio de Janeiro and Lisbon. Earlier experience encompasses positions at Sheraton Algarve Hotel and Corinthia Alfa Lisboa, along with a start in guest relations at Celebrity Cruises. Rita's academic foundation was established at Instituto Superior de Linguas e Administração from 1993 to 1998.
