Victoria Kolikova has a background in sales, with experience working in various roles in the hospitality industry. Victoria currently holds the position of Director of Sales at Minor Hotel Group, focusing on the Russia and CIS region. Prior to their current role, Victoria worked at Anantara Hotels, Resorts and Spas as a GSA, and at Hermitage Group as a Product Manager.
