Ryan Kerr

Ryan Kerr serves as the President and CEO of Minova since November 2020, leading a workforce of approximately 1,200 across more than 40 countries and overseeing revenues of A$500 million. Prior to this role, Ryan was the Chief People Officer at Orica, managing global people and culture strategies for over 100 countries while generating revenues exceeding $5 billion. Ryan's extensive experience includes positions such as Managing Partner at Integrated Global Partners, Group Head of Executive Talent & Transition Management at Anglo American, and Vice President of Human Resources across various segments at BHP Billiton, where responsibilities included leading HR functions for significant business units. Educational qualifications include an Executive MBA from the University of Cape Town and a Bachelor of Commerce Honours degree from the University of South Africa.
