Stan Harlen

Stan Harlen currently serves as Vice President Global Marketing and Technology at Minova since November 2019, also holding the positions of General Manager for Coal Mining and Oil & Gas as well as General Manager for the Americas - Oil & Gas. Prior to Minova, Stan Harlen was President of North America at MAXAM from September 2016 to November 2019, where responsibilities included overseeing North American business operations. Stan's experience at Orica from September 2008 to August 2016 encompassed roles such as Vice President for Customer Solutions North America and Vice President for Orica Canada, complemented by various managerial positions. Earlier professional roles include Owner Operator at Classical Cruises NV and multiple managerial positions at African Explosives Limited and Anglo American. Stan Harlen holds an MBA from the University of Reading and has completed several other relevant diplomas and certificates in business management and mining economics.
