Raya Carr

Raya Carr has extensive experience in events and project management, sales, and agricultural operations, currently serving in multiple roles at Mint Creek Farm since June 1998, including Events & Project Management, Sales Manager, and Farm Staff. Additionally, Raya held the position of Senior Relationship Manager at Iroquois Valley Farmland REIT from May 2019 to August 2024 and worked as a Licensed Massage Therapist at Water Buffalo Healing from April 2019 to October 2021. Educational qualifications include a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Indiana University Bloomington, expected between 2022 and 2024, and a Bachelor of Arts with Great Distinction in Humanities/Humanistic Studies from Shimer College, earned in 2010.
