Matthew O'Brien has over 30 years of work experience in the marketing and advertising industry. Matthew began their career in 1988 as an Advertising Representative at The Onion. In 1990, they became an Intern/Consumer Research Analyst at Ford Motor Company, where they designed research formats, conducted focus group studies and interviews, and identified target market demographics. From 1993 to 1996, they worked at Standard Register as an Assistant District Sales Manager and Product Marketing Manager. In 1996, they founded Ad Forsight, Inc. and built it up to one of the top web development and online marketing firms in the state. In 2006, they became the CEO of Searchmarketing, a social media technology company specializing in search marketing optimization through blogs. From 2008 to 2015, they were the Chief Executive Officer of MINT Social, an award-winning digital marketing company. In 2015, they became a Senior Advisor at Shocase, a social network for marketing professionals. Matthew has also been the Founder of World Webinar Network | Social Media Marketing Seminars and Webinars since 2008.
Matthew O'Brien attended Lake Forest High School before attending the University of Wisconsin-Madison, where they earned a Bachelor of Science in Economics and International Studies in 1990.
