Brian Seitel

Brian Seitel is a seasoned technology leader with extensive experience in engineering and technical operations. Currently serving as Senior Director of Engineering at Minted since July 2021, Brian previously co-founded Universal Search, assuming the role of CTO while overseeing technical operations for search and discovery services. Before this, Brian held the position of Senior Director of Search Engineering at Shipt, where responsibilities included leading the Search and Product Discovery teams, contributing significantly to revenue growth. With prior roles at Guidebox, Lob, Zillow, RentJuice, and Anthem Creative Groups, Brian has demonstrated expertise in system architecture, codebase optimization, and engineering management. Brian earned a Master's degree in Secondary Education and a Bachelor's degree in Drama with a minor in Computer Science from Jacksonville State University.
