Gina O'Connell

Gina O'Connell is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in operations and process management. Currently serving as President of Group Development at Mintel since May 2005, Gina oversees various functions including Data Science & Analytics, IT, Operations, and Product Development. Previously held roles at Mintel include VP of Global Operations and AVP of Process Management, focusing on operational efficiency and data quality for multiple product lines. Prior to Mintel, Gina worked at Diamond Crystal Brands, Inc. as Continuous Improvement Supervisor, achieving significant cost savings and process enhancements. Gina began their career at Worthington Cylinders as an Industrial Engineering Co-op, where Gina initiated continuous improvement programs. Gina holds a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from The Ohio State University.
