Anup Agarwal

Anup Agarwal is the Co-Founder and CEO of Mintifi, an AI-driven SME lending platform established in January 2017, which emphasizes corporate partnerships and advanced credit underwriting technology to enhance financing for small businesses. Prior to Mintifi, Anup served as Managing Director and Head of Internet, Fintech, Media, and Telecom Investment Banking at Jefferies & Company from December 2008 to December 2016, where Anup played a pivotal role in covering these sectors across India and the ASEAN region and was involved in transactions exceeding US$15 billion. Anup began a career in finance at BDO Lodha as an Analyst from June 2001 to April 2003 and held the position of Vice President at Kotak Investment Banking from September 2003 to November 2008. Additionally, Anup started as a Management Trainee at Bank Forum Commerzbank Group in 2000. Anup holds a Chartered Accountant degree from The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and has a background from the University of Mumbai.
