Ben Mullen

Ben Mullen serves as the Senior Vice President of Asset Management at Minto Group, where responsibilities encompass leading the asset management team, overseeing purpose-built development projects, portfolio management, revenue management, and ESG strategy initiatives for apartment portfolios. With extensive experience in asset management, Ben has previously held roles such as Vice President and Director within Minto, managing significant multi-residential portfolios and contributing to strategic planning and capital execution efforts. Earlier professional experience includes managing a commercial real estate portfolio at BGIS and serving as a Leasing & Development Representative at Canderel Group. Ben holds a Bachelor of Arts, Honours from Queen's University and an MBA from the University of Ottawa.
