Duncan McCansh

Duncan McCansh is an experienced sales and operations professional, currently serving as the Lead Sales Representative at The Minto Group since January 2014, where responsibilities include managing daily operations for two sales offices in Ottawa and leading a sales team to meet sales and customer satisfaction targets. Previously, Duncan held various roles within Minto, including Manager Sales Operations and Project Manager, Business Innovation, focusing on administrative processes and successful project implementation involving Microsoft SharePoint. Prior experience includes the position of Design Centre Manager, overseeing staff and ensuring exceptional customer service for Minto homeowners during the home design process. Duncan holds a B.Soc.Sc. in Political Science from the University of Ottawa and completed secondary education at Ashbury College.
