Jo-Ann Taylor

JoAnn Taylor is an accomplished human resources professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Currently serving as Chief Human Resources Officer at Minto Group since May 2014, JoAnn has also held the position of Vice-President of Human Resources and Communications within the same organization. Prior to Minto Group, JoAnn was Vice-President of Human Resources at WiLAN from April 2013 to May 2014 and Vice President of Human Resources at March Networks from September 2008 to July 2012. JoAnn's career began at Nortel, where notable roles included HR Director, HR M&A Senior Manager, Global Change Management Leader, and HR Business Partner/Specialist from January 1989 to September 2008. JoAnn holds a Bachelor's degree in HR & Organizational Behaviour from King's University College.
