Jose M. has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Jose is currently working as the Director of IT, Business Systems at Minto Group, where they are responsible for leading and executing Information Technology programs. Prior to this, Jose worked at Linamar Corporation for ten years. During their time there, they held various roles such as Manager of Business Intelligence and IT Project Manager. Before joining Linamar Corporation, Jose worked at Empresas Polar for five years, where they served as an Operation Manager and IT Coordinator & System Analyst. In these roles, they were responsible for managing projects, analyzing systems, training staff, and maintaining network infrastructure. Jose M. has a strong educational background in business administration, marketing management, and computer engineering. Jose obtained their Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering from Universidad Rafael Urdaneta between 1995 and 2001. Subsequently, Jose pursued a Master's degree in Marketing Management at Universidad Simón Bolívar from 2008 to 2009. Jose also completed a Master's degree in Business Administration at the University of Phoenix from 2010 to 2011.
