Olivia St-Jean has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as a Human Resources Business Partner at Minto Group since September 2019, having previously held roles as a Senior HR Compensation Specialist and HR Total Rewards and Systems Specialist. Prior to Minto Group, Olivia worked at the Bank of Canada as an Organization Management Analyst from July 2018 to August 2019, and at Export Development Canada as an Analyst in HR Analytics & Advisory Services and Coordinator of HR Advisory Services from April 2014 to July 2018. Earlier experience includes a role as a Data Collection Analyst at Brookfield Renewable and as a Bar Tender at The Brunswick House. Olivia's academic background includes a Bachelor's degree in Employment Relations & Sociology and a Bachelor of Arts in Industrial Relations from the University of Toronto.
