Patricia Groulx has extensive management experience in retail and property operations, currently serving as a Regional Manager at Minto Group Inc. since November 2015, where responsibilities include maintenance, administration, customer service, budgeting, and employee engagement in the Ottawa/Montreal area. Previously, Patricia held the position of General Manager at Hudson Bay Apparel LLC for a brief period in 2013, overseeing daily operations and finance. From 2005 to 2012, Patricia worked as a Regional Manager for Indigo Books and Music, managing 12 stores in the Ottawa/Kingston area, focusing on financial aspects and productivity. As a District Sales Manager for Smart Set at Reitmans from 2001 to 2005, responsibilities included financial management and human resources across 12 stores in various regions. Patricia began the career as DSM for Urban Trade/Next Exit from 1997 to 2001. Patricia holds a DEC in Fashion Merchandising from College LaSalle, earned between 1988 and 1991.
