Sandi Patey

Sandi Ozses serves as a Learning and Development Specialist on the Learning & Organizational Effectiveness Team at The Minto Group since September 2014, responsible for managing curriculum outside the Minto Learning Centre and designing experiential initiatives. Prior to this role, Sandi held positions at Shred-It as District Administrative/Development Manager, overseeing document and hard drive destruction services, and at Payment Services Corporation as Payroll Manager and Senior Accounting, handling payroll and benefit administration for over 500 employees. Additional experience includes serving as Payroll Manager at Welch LLP and as CFO at Healey Music, where responsibilities included full cycle accounting and financial forecasting. Sandi holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics from Carleton University, obtained between 1989 and 1992.
