Marianne Nilsen

Marianne Nilsen has extensive experience in various leadership and developmental roles, currently serving as the Account Director and Business Development Manager at Mintra since April 2009, focusing on training compliance, HR and Payroll system implementation, and internal competence transfer. Additionally, Marianne holds the position of Chairman of the Board at Forte Concept AS since January 2021. Prior experience includes Training Manager at GE for VetcoGray Scandinavia, where responsibility encompassed global training and development, and Manager of the Career Centre at NæringsAkademiet, providing coaching and teaching in diverse areas. Marianne also served as Managing Director at Senior Services AS, overseeing sales, consultancy, and headhunting. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Arts in Social Sciences and Organization and Business Psychology from the University of Bergen, alongside studies in social science and psychology at the University of Oslo and BI Norwegian Business School.
