Amy leads the business development, marketing, communications, public relations, and client satisfaction initiatives for the firm. In conjunction with the firm’s Managing Partner, Amy also manages the development and implementation of the firm’s strategic plan.
Before joining Mintz, Amy served as vice president of marketing and business development at CRA International, a global economic litigation and business consulting firm. During her tenure at CRA, Amy recruited and established a new marketing and business development team, launched a new corporate brand (including a new website and all collateral), introduced and executed business development plans for key practices, developed the firm’s first experience database, and initiated a strategic internal communications program designed to reinforce the firm’s vision and priorities.
Prior to CRA, Amy was the chief marketing officer at Nixon Peabody LLP. While at Nixon Peabody, she introduced and executed formal business development plans for every practice in the firm and launched a client satisfaction initiative, which included an annual client satisfaction survey, relationship review meetings with key clients, and the creation of client service teams for high potential and growing clients. She also rebranded the firm and launched the firm’s first national advertising campaign. Amy also initiated and managed an attorney coaching program.
Prior to entering the world of professional services, Amy was the vice president of marketing and community relations at Newton-Wellesley Hospital, and before that, the director of marketing and development for Samaritan Health System, a large health system in upstate New York.
