Meg focuses her practice on corporate and securities law, mergers and acquisitions, and general corporate matters. She works with public and private companies across a variety of industries, including life sciences and technology. Meg was a Summer Associate at Mintz in 2020.
While attending law school, Meg was named a Rappaport Fellow in Law and Public Policy. As part of her fellowship, she served as a legal intern in the Appeals Unit of the Suffolk County District Attorney’s Office. Meg also served as an executive online editor of the Boston College Law Review.
Prior to law school, Meg held multiple positions in the administration of former Connecticut Governor Dannel P. Malloy. She served in the Office of the Governor as a press secretary and policy and government affairs associate. Additionally, she worked as a senior policy and communications advisor with the Connecticut Office of Policy and Management.
