Rafael Niell

Rafael Niell has a strong background in consulting and finance. Rafael began their career at Oliver Wyman in 2006, where they worked as a Consultant until 2010. Rafael then moved up to the role of Senior Manager from 2010 to 2013, and finally became a Partner from 2014 to 2015. Following their time at Oliver Wyman, Niell joined Banco Sabadell in 2015 as the Chief Operating Officer, a position they held until 2019. In 2019, they co-founded and became the COO of the company minu, where they continue to work.

Rafael Niell obtained their Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Economics from Universitat Pompeu Fabra. Rafael attended this university from 1999 to 2004. Following their undergraduate studies, they pursued a Master of Science (MSc) degree in Finance and Economics at The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE) from 2004 to 2005.
