Vince started their career as a Sports Reporter for the Lancaster Eagle-Gazette, where they covered high school sports and gained recognition for their social media presence. Nairn then moved on to work as a Sports Reporter for the Wilmington Star News Inc, where they covered community sports, professional soccer, and youth sports. Vince wrote in-depth stories on various athletic topics and conducted extensive research. Nairn later co-founded Slingshot Media LLC, a news website focused on gaming and esports. As the Editor-in-Chief, they managed a team and produced high-quality content, positioning the publication as a leader in the industry. Most recently, Nairn has been working at Minute Media, where they hold the position of Senior SEO Manager + Esports Content Director. Vince is responsible for implementing SEO strategies across various Minute Media brands and optimizing content for organic search.
