Allyssa R. has a diverse range of work experience in the field of human resources. Allyssa started their career at LEGOLAND California Resort, where they gained experience in recruiting and people management. Allyssa later worked as a Human Resources Technician at Oceanside Unified School District, where they focused on full-cycle recruiting and compensation calculations. Allyssa then joined Bergelectric as a Training & Development Administrator, where they developed training strategies and collaborated with senior leadership to improve employee performance. Allyssa then moved on to Global Traffic Technologies as a Senior Human Resources Generalist, where they were responsible for talent management, compensation and benefits analysis, and program management. Currently, Allyssa R. holds the role of a Senior Human Resources Generalist at Miovision.

Allyssa R. completed their Bachelor's degree in Art & Technology at California State University San Marcos from 2014 to 2017. Currently, they are pursuing a Master of Science (MS) degree in Human Resources Management at Capella University, starting in 2022. In terms of additional certifications, they obtained the SHRM - Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) certification from SHRM in June 2022. Prior to that, in March 2020, they obtained an E-Learning Instructional Design Certificate from the Association for Talent Development (ATD). Additionally, they received a Human Resources Management Certificate from CSUSM Extended Learning in October 2019.
