Jennifer Reeder

Jennifer Reeder has over 17 years of experience in the field of Human Resources. Jennifer began their career as a Human Resources Administrator at Frito Lay Canada, where they were responsible for recruitment, employee relations, and managing the summer student program. Jennifer then joined BlackBerry as an HR Business Partner and Support Specialist, providing guidance on employee relations, compensation, and facilitating group sessions. Jennifer also worked as a Recruiter at BlackBerry, establishing relationships with hiring managers and overseeing the recruitment process. At XPO Logistics, Jennifer served as a Senior HR Manager for Canada, managing strategic HR initiatives and providing guidance and direction on payroll, benefits, and performance management. Currently, they are employed as the Director of HR & Operations at Miovision, where they are responsible for developing and implementing HR policies and programs, managing benefit provider relationships, and providing practical HR solutions.

Jennifer Reeder has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology from Western University. Jennifer also completed a Post Graduate program in Human Resources Management at Conestoga College. In addition, they attended Brock University for the first year of their Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology.
