Whitney Rockley

Whitney Rockley has a diverse work experience in various roles and companies. In 2012, they co-founded and became the Managing Partner of McRock Capital, a venture capital firm specializing in investments in the Industrial Internet of Things (IoT) in Canada, the US, and Europe. Whitney is currently serving as the Chair of samdesk since November 2021. Additionally, they are a member of the Advisory Board at Haskayne School of Business since October 2020. Whitney also holds board positions at Plus One Robotics, Clearpath Inc., Miovision, Praemo, Invixium, Serious Integrated, Inc., and Decisive Farming Corp., where they have contributed significantly to their strategic decision-making and corporate governance. Whitney'sroles range from being a board member, chairing committees, and providing advisory services.

Whitney Rockley completed their Bachelor's degree in Commerce with a focus on Marketing from Ryerson University between 1988 and 1991. Following that, they pursued further education and obtained their MBA in Business from the University of Calgary from 1995 to 1997.
