Busisiwe Silwana

Busisiwe Silwana is a Junior Software Engineer at MIP since May 2023, previously holding positions as a Graduate Metallurgist at Sibanye-Stillwater from August 2021 to January 2022 and as an Engineer In Training at Vuselela Energy (Pty) Ltd from March 2019 to February 2021. Earlier experience includes an internship at Cwenga Technologies in 2018 and a role as an In-service Trainee at ImproChem from February 2015 to February 2016, focusing on data analysis and process plant operation. Busisiwe holds a Bachelor of Technology (BTech) in Chemical Engineering from the University of Johannesburg and a National Diploma in Chemical Engineering from the Cape Peninsula University of Technology.
