Duncan Hickman

Duncan Hickman is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in business development and growth management across various technology and sustainability sectors. Currently serving as the Business Development Manager for Software at Mipac since November 2023, Duncan leads initiatives to enhance core applications derived from 25 years of industry expertise. Previously, as the Head of Growth & Partnerships at Simble Solutions Limited, Duncan facilitated sustainability management through innovative software platforms. At Accurassi, Duncan focused on renewable energy solutions, while leadership roles at Palisade Corporation and Decimal Pty Ltd highlighted expertise in risk analysis software and financial technology, respectively. Duncan's career began with establishing Share Select, an investment advisory service, and includes early work as a Search Consultant in the recruitment sector. Duncan holds degrees in Economics and Law from the University of Plymouth and a qualification in Equities and Derivatives from RMIT University.
